Coffs Harbour & the Mid North Coast
Kayaks. Gardens. Bush tracks. Real days out.
Individual NDIS support built around the things that make up a good week, not a checklist of tasks to get through. Real experiences, practical skills and good company, on the Coffs Coast.
Good support should feel like a life, not a service being administered.
Every plan we build starts with a conversation, not a form. What does a good Tuesday look like for you? What's a goal you've been putting off? What would you actually enjoy doing more of?
From there, support is shaped around real goals, real ability and real funding: community access, capacity building, daily skills, adventure and everyday routines, all led by you.
What support can look like
Thirteen kinds of support. One goal: a good life, your way.
Every one of these is shaped around individual goals, ability, funding and agreed support items. Nothing here is automatic; we'll always talk specifics before anything starts.

Health & wellbeing routinesWhy Reach Adventure
Not a roster of support workers. A person who shows up.
Built around you
Every bit of support starts with what you actually want your week to look like, not a generic template.

Who's behind Reach Adventure
Meet Sandra
Adventure isn't a marketing word here. It's how Sandra believes confidence actually gets built: by doing things, not just talking about them.
Sandra founded Reach Adventure after five plus years working in disability and complex support, including time deep in compliance, internal auditing, NDIS systems and documentation. She's currently undertaking nursing studies alongside her hands on support work, and leads a small team ranging in age from 20 to 65, all bringing genuinely varied skills to the table.

Worth knowing: Reach Adventure is not a registered NDIS provider. Support is currently available to participants who are self managed or plan managed. Suitability, any training needs, and the scope of support are always discussed and confirmed before anything begins. Every complex or clinical need is assessed individually, not assumed.
Who this is for
A genuinely wide range of needs
Whether that's supporting someone with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue syndrome, a neurodivergent participant, or another complex need entirely, every plan starts with a conversation about what actually helps, not an assumption about what a diagnosis means for you.
If you'd like to hear directly from other families down the track, real stories will appear here once they've been shared with us, and with permission.

Good questions
Frequently asked questions
Is Reach Adventure a registered NDIS provider?
No, Reach Adventure is an unregistered NDIS provider. That means support is currently available to participants who are self managed or plan managed, not participants whose plan is managed directly by the NDIA. Not sure how your plan is managed? Give us a call and we'll talk it through.
Can you support complex or clinical needs?
Every situation is assessed individually; we never assume a complex or clinical support is automatically available. Suitability, training requirements and any participant specific procedures are always discussed and confirmed before support begins.
Where do you provide support?
Coffs Harbour and the surrounding Mid North Coast. See our full service area for more detail.
Is gardening and home support really an NDIS thing?
Where it connects to your goals, building skills, confidence and routine, it can be. This is always support done with you, not general lawn mowing or property maintenance done for you, and it depends on your individual goals and agreed supports.
